Richard CarmonaRichard H. Carmona, MD, MPH, FACS, 17th U.S. Surgeon General and distinguished professor of public health at the UA Zuckerman College of Public Health, recently garnered national headlines when he and two fellow surgeon generals testified before the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, the main investigative committee in the U.S. House of Representatives.
