The 36th Annual Arizona Rural Health Conference is scheduled for Monday, August 3, and Tuesday, August 4, 2009.  The theme for this year's conference is

"Coming Out of the Recession Stronger and Healthier: 

Opportunities, Solutions and Collaborations." 

The conference will be held in Flagstaff, Arizona at the High Country Conference Center in Flagstaff, Arizona .  Public health officials and representatives and students are encouraged to attend.  The conference is sponsored by:

• The Rural Health Office,
• The University of Arizona Mel and Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health (MEZCOPH),
• The Arizona Rural Health Association, and
• The Arizona Health Facilities Authority.

Early-Bird Registration Discounts and Important Deadlines

Conference Lodging

Keynote Lectures

	The Bruce Gulledge Memorial Lecture will be delivered on Monday, August 3, 2009 by Alan Morgan, MPA Chief Executive Officer (CEO) National Rural Health Association
	The Andrew W. Nichols Rural and Border Health Policy Memorial Lecture will be given on Tuesday, August 4, 2009 by Dena Puskin, ScD Director Office of Advancement for Telehealth US Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA)
