Learning, Understanding, and Cultivating Health Advocacy - L.U.C.H.A. is a collective of students, staff, and faculty at the UArizona Mel and Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health. We also welcome participation from community members and other colleges. L.U.C.H.A. members include faculty, staff, community members, students, and alumni.

L.U.C.H.A. promotes health through advocacy, education, and service. We have a specific focus on the intersections of immigration, health and health in the U.S. - Mexico border region.

We collaborate and support community partners including the Casa Alitas migrant shelter, Salvavision, Campesinos Sin Fronteras, and more.
