Join us for the Creative Arts for Lowering Mental Stress (CALM) Zen Doodling on Tuesday, March 3rd.

The CALM program provides a series of in-person workshops that include healing dance, meditative drawing, Tai Chi, and singing bowl mediation. Programming is designed to build connection in the college community, reduce stress, and promote mental wellbeing. Students, staff, and faculty are encouraged to participate in the CALM arts workshops.
