The college is excited to launch a new series of Public Health & AI training videos on YouTube that is free for anyone who registers. Using curriculum developed in the Zuckerman College of Public Health at the University of Arizona, the 14 video lectures, drawn from the “online track” of the college’s popular Public Health & AI Summer School, provide guidance on AI essentials specially curated for the public health workforce. The video series project, spearheaded by Dr. Onicio Leal Neto, offers lectures by several different experts in the field and covers a range of perspectives about how to effectively and ethically use AI tools for public health goals.
The series provides a curated selection of themes, distributed across the 14 videos, that will bring fresh insights and help users start their AI and Public Health journey. The content is accessible for students, staff, researchers, and public health professionals, and covers everything needed to start using AI tools for public health research and programs.
A quick registration is required, but no payment is needed, the videos are free! Register through this link. Please share the series with your colleagues!
Every two weeks new videos will be released on the webpage, and at the end of October 2026 all of the videos will be available in a playlist on the college YouTube channel, so users have the opportunity to learn more about the topic at their own pace.
