Why choose the UA / What’s awesome about the UA:I chose UA because I wanted to attend a large university with a lot of resources and opportunities. But after a year here, what I love is how there is a community for everyone on campus!
Why did you choose public health?I love how diverse the field of public health is and the variety of career options you can pursue. So far, I've enjoyed learning about health disparities and epidemiology.
What are your career goals:Currently, my career goals are to get my MPH in either epidemiology or biostatistics.
Fun Fact about you (hobbies, trivia, etc.):I love embroidery, thrifting, and trying new boba shops and cafes around Tucson.
One piece of advice for incoming students (transfer and freshmen):Try not to overwhelm yourself! It is easy to get burnt out in the beginning by taking on too many responsibilities but remember to prioritize yourself and your wellbeing.
