Ms. Caron has worked for UArizona for 30+ years and is an alum of the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences. Being a first-generation college student, Joy started her studies as a non-traditional student. While completing her undergraduate degree, she continued as a full-time staff member in the College of Pharmacy and the now College of Agriculture, Life and Environment Sciences. She went on to receive her master’s in public administration from Northern Arizona University. In her off time, Joy regularly volunteers for community-based projects to improve the quality of life for Tucson residents.
