Roxanna is a global health professional with over a decade of experience in higher education, program leadership, and global partnerships. She holds a Master of Leadership and Management with a specialization in Global and Public Affairs from Arizona State University’s Thunderbird School of Global Management.
Since joining the Global Health Institute in 2014, Roxanna has been a steadfast advocate for its mission and values, providing strategic leadership across day-to-day operations and a range of education, research, and training initiatives. Her commitment to advancing global health education and fostering student engagement is reflected in her work leading programs that promote collaboration, innovation, and community impact.
Her expertise spans curriculum planning, outreach, recruitment, and facilitation of research and public health initiatives, including those focused on high school students and early-career trainees. She also serves as Program Manager for the NIH-supported Global Health Emerging Scholars Fellowship Program.
With a proven track record in managing academic and community-based programs, Roxanna excels in cultivating strategic partnerships and aligning resources to advance institutional goals.
