Shannon Newton, MPH, CIH, is a Senior Lecturer at the Mel and Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health (MEZCOPH) where she develops and teaches courses in the areas of Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health Sciences, and One Health. Ms. Newton coordinates the NIOSH Training Project Grant and is involved in recruitment activities for the Department of Community Environment and Policy. Ms. Newton maintains certification by the Board of Global Credentialing as a Certified Industrial Hygienist.
