As the Mel and Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health (MEZCOPH) celebrates its 25th anniversary year, we are proud to announce the establishment of the inaugural MEZCOPH Alumni Council. The Alumni Council marks an exciting new chapter in the history of the college, and reinforces our deep commitment to fostering connections, professional development, and philanthropic engagement among our alumni community.

The mission of the Alumni Council is to provide holistic support to fellow alumni and students by focusing on mentorship, career development, and the creation of a strong alumni network that will sustain and amplify the college’s impact for years to come. In its inaugural year, the council will play a pivotal role in supporting the College’s efforts to recruit and retain students, offer meaningful internship opportunities, and facilitate lasting connections between alumni and current students.
The formation of our Alumni Council represents a collective commitment to fostering connections, supporting our alumni, and advancing public health through collaboration and shared expertise.
Comprised of 10 dedicated alumni from a wide range of public health disciplines, the Alumni Council spans the country, with members located on both the East Coast and West Coast and in between. These inaugural members bring a wealth of experience and knowledge, alongside a shared passion for public health that will guide the Council’s work in shaping the future of MEZCOPH.
