Build Bridges Within Our Alumni That Foster A Shared Culture Of Collaboration and Belonging.
- Strengthening Relationships: Foster connection, encourage involvement, offer value for alumni, and create a sense of belonging and pride in their alma mater.
Enhance the existing relationships of current students with the College of Public Health alumni community by establishing clear routes that will enable them to actively participate as alumni in the future
- Establish mentorship initiatives connecting alumni with current students or recent graduates to provide guidance, career advice, and support.
- Create initiatives centered around significant milestones in students' academic journeys.
- Involve students in alumni communications and events.
- Communicate with students to provide a clear understanding of the responsibilities and benefits associated with being an active and involved alumnus.
Recognize and steward prospective alumni leaders, creating a diverse and inclusive pool of volunteers that will foster and encourage greater alumni contributions to the university
- Create a structured volunteer pipeline that encourages participation from a wide range of alumni.
Enhance the necessary systems and infrastructures to facilitate collaboration between the Foundation and key campus partners, aiming to maximize impact, efficiency, and overall excellence
- Measure the impact and outcomes of collaborative efforts to gauge success and identify areas for further enhancement.
- Establish clear guidelines and protocols for collaboration to ensure consistency and allow for more accurate KPI measurements for alumni engagement.
- Identify and implement technological solutions that enhance communication and data between the Foundation and MEZCOPH dept/units.
