On Giving Tuesday, help us support the college and our programs to improve mental health!
Giving Tuesday was created in 2012 with a simple idea: a day that encourages people to do good. It always takes place the Tuesday after Thanksgiving (November 28, 2023 this year.) A global day of charitable giving, #GivingTuesday believes that the power of generosity is at the heart of the society we build together, unlocking dignity, opportunity and equity around the globe.
Mental Health
In the spirit of giving, the Zuckerman College of Public Health invites you to be a champion for Mental Health. Today, our country is facing a mental health crisis, amplified by the COVID pandemic and social media, with increasing rates of loneliness, anxiety, and depression. When you invest in our Mental Health fund, you help provide access to mental health programs, build student scholarships and curriculum, and fuel research to improve mental health awareness and services for all our diverse communities. Your support trains the next generation of public health leaders to respond to our widespread mental health crisis!
Donate this Giving Tuesday to support our students and communities!
Mental Health
Mental health provides the foundation for our overall health and wellbeing. To improve health outcomes, we must provide accessible and effective mental health programs and services. And we must continue our work to overcome the stigma of mental illness. Your support will provide funds for education, programs, and research designed to improve mental health awareness and services for all our diverse communities.
