Exercise for Your Body and Brain: Alzheimer’s Education Virtual Event

Get your blood pumping while you learn about how exercise can boost your brain!

Exercise is great for the body and brain – it improves memory and blood-flow to the brain. Want to learn more and maybe even join a group exercise? Join us for this hour-long June 18 info session: Exercise for Your Body and Brain starting at 7pm EST and 4pm PST.

This is the second of four Alzheimer's “virtual happy hour” learning events in the month of June, all for Alzheimer's Awareness Month. The events are organized and brought to you by MindCrowd (mindcrowd.org), conducted by the University of Arizona in collaboration with ASU, TGen, University of Miami, and Johns Hopkins University. Grab a cold drink and join us for these interactive events!
