3   If you have additional media, like a flyer, or photos, etc, attach your files to an email and send it to coph-comms@arizona.edu. Please make the Subject line of your email the same as your Event Title.

 

Event Format
For In-Person and Hybrid events. Include venue name and physical address when possible and relevant. For reference: UA Map
For Online and Hybrid events.

Submitter Contact information is required in case we need to follow up, but it will not be publicly visible.
