Health of Women, Children and Families

Research in Women and Children’s health takes a life span approach with studies contributing to the translation of research to practice and policy. Investigators focus on diverse populations particular to the southwest including Latinos and American Indians. Studies are gender or sex-based and examine the role of culture in health outcomes.
