The Western Environmental Science Technical Assistance Center for Environmental Justice, led by principal investigator Paloma Beamer PhD, will help communities achieve environmental and energy justice by serving as a one-stop shop for assistance, training and support.
The concept known as IDSov emphasizes Indigenous Peoples' right to control data about their people, lands and cultures. Stephanie Russo Carroll has focused her career on encouraging institutions to adopt policies and practices that recognize that right.
