Cailee Harris graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health, with an emphasis in Health Systems Theory & Practice. A mother and full-time student, Cailee earned her BS degree online. She interned at the Madera County Public Health Department in California and contributed to the Workforce Development program by creating a tool to assess staff knowledge of Public Health Core Competencies.

Cailee Harris graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health, with an emphasis in Health Systems Theory & Practice. A mother and full-time student, Cailee earned her degree online. She dedicated her time to gain a deeper understanding of public health and how health disparities disproportionately impact marginalized populations. Cailee won the 2025 Outstanding Online Senior Award.
As a student in the college, Cailee interned with the Pathways Program at the California Department of Public Health in the Madera County Public Health Department. There she contributed to the Workforce Development program by creating a tool to assess staff knowledge of Public Health Core Competencies. Her dedication to this project will help the department prepare for reaccreditation and strengthen alignment within their strategic plan.
