This contract is the introductory piece to the larger Centers of Excellence Grant that we will be working on next year. This small contract produced a written report which summarizes Community Health Worker Programs that focus on chronic disease prevention at the U.S.-Mexico border.
Samantha Sabo was a contributor on this project but has since left the University of Arizona.
