Join us for Physical & Emotional Health: Managing Stress from 12–2 PM in Drachman Hall A116 (or on Zoom). Caryn Isom Fraser and Asia Branham will share tips and exercises for staying active, and from 12:30–1:30 PM, Dr. Yunjia Yang will lead a relaxing Zen Doodling session. Open to students, staff, and faculty!
