The one-day symposium will bring together researchers, clinicians, executive leaders and technologists from University of Arizona and Banner Health to explore innovative, data-driven informatics and AI solutions for translational research enabling precision medicine. The event features keynote presentations from national leader in Data Science and Strategy, Dr. Warren Kibbe, from National Cancer Institute and Dr. Madhusmita Behera, Chief Research Informatics Officer at Emory Health and Technical presentation by industry expert Ian Maurer, Chief Technology Officer of Genome Oncology. The goal of the meeting is to learn and discuss efforts and strategies to extend current and build new initiatives across the campus in molecular and clinical data analytics, digital platforms, infrastructure and AI technologies.
