Join University of Arizona public health students for a week of experiential classes and lectures on integrative wellness practices, February 28 - March 4, 2011. Practitioners from the Tucson community will provide demonstrations on Reiki, acupuncture, energy chiropractics, yoga, meditation, tai chi, sound healing, and vibrational medicine. All classes are free and open to the public.
Wellness Week is sponsored by the Global Health Alliance at the University of Arizona Mel and Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health.
• Interested in learning more about the benefits of these wellness practices? Dr. Stephen Brewer, Medical Director at Canyon Ranch, will share his insights and discuss upcoming areas for research.
• Having a stressful day? Come unwind with meditation, yoga, and Reiki.
• Not sure what some of these practices entail? This is a free opportunity to try them out!

The event will be held in Drachman Hall at the UA Zuckerman College of Public Health (1295 N. Martin Ave., Tucson, AZ 85724). Parking is available in the University Medical Center parking lot. Meter parking is available in the parking lot in front of Drachman Hall.
