Biography
Roxanna currently serves as the Senior Manager at the University of Arizona Zuckerman College of Public Health’s Global Health Institute. Since joining the college in 2014, she has been a dedicated advocate for the institute’s mission, providing strategic leadership in managing day-to-day operations and supporting various education, research, and training programs. Roxanna’s commitment to advancing global health education and fostering student engagement is evident through her spearheading of initiatives that promote collaboration, innovation, and measurable impact.
Her expertise spans curriculum planning, outreach, recruitment, and the facilitation of research and community health programs, including initiatives aimed at high school students and training participants. Roxanna also serves as the Program Manager for the Global Health Equity Scholars Fellowship Program, an NIH-supported initiative. With a proven track record in managing academic, research, and community-based programs, she excels in cultivating strategic relationships and leveraging resources to achieve organizational goals.
