    Before entering the program:

    I completed my Bachelor's of Science in Public Health at Western Washington University with a minor in Psychology. After undergrad, I worked for my local health department on COVID-19 response and case investigation and also took an interest in Environmental Health Management.

    Why did you choose public health?

    I chose Public Health because I want to be able to support my community and reach goals toward health promotion and preventing illnesses.

    Why did you choose MEZCOPH?

    MEZCOPH has a wonderful Public Health program and so many opportunities. The faculty are incredible and the college has many connections for everyone to find what they are looking for.

    Public health interests:

    Infectious Disease, Disease Prevention, One Health, Epidemiology, and Vector Control

    Interests/hobbies outside of school:

    When I'm not in school, you can find me reading, mountain biking/hiking, finding new coffee shops or hanging out with my cats.
