I chose public health because I believe that public health provides me with the skills and opportunities to promote and improve health and wellness.Why did you choose MEZCOPH?
I chose MEZCOPH because of the dedication of faculty, students, and all those involved with the college to serving and promoting health in our communities. MEZCOPH has a vast reach and a multitude of partnerships, from border health to food security and nearly everywhere in between, and I chose MEZCOPH so that I could have opportunities to participate in these endeavors.Public health interests:
Biostatistics, Border Health, Disease Prevention, Epidemiology, Health Disparities, Native American Health, Nutrition & Diet, Planning and Evaluation, Rural Health, Tobacco and Substance AbuseInterests/hobbies outside of school:
Running, hiking, biking, gardening, most other things outdoors, playing with my two rescued puppies.Tip for future students:
