Join us on March 26th from 11:50am to 5:00pm for the 1st Annual Symposium on Age Friendly Care, presented by University of Arizona College of Medicine-Phoenix, Department of Medicine, Division of Geriatrics and Palliative Care at Banner - University Medical Center Phoenix in collaboration with the Banner Health Foundation and Arizona Geriatrics Society.
The theme of this year’s Symposium is “A Paradigm Shift for Management of Older Adults.” Presentations will be provided by a team of experts in geriatric and palliative medicine, emergency medicine, long term care, pharmacy, nursing and public health policy. The virtual event will include several presentations in an exciting “TED like” style with a Q&A panel discussion, tailored to the audience.
Clinicians in the field of Geriatrics, Palliative Medicine, Primary Care, Internal Medicine, Hospital Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, Physical Therapy and related allied health professions are encouraged to attend.

This event is free of charge for residents and fellows, and $45 for all others.
