Every other month the Desert Doves organizes a social event for members to connect. To help us celebrate Peace Corps Week, the Desert Doves is opening this event to non-members and those interested in serving in Peace Corps. This will be a great opportunity to meet and network with a variety of RPCVs in our community, many of whom are doing amazing work with nonprofits, governmental organizations, and other community organizations.

2/28: Service Fair @ Careers with Impact Day (in-person)
The Peace Corps Prep Program is partnering with Student Engagement and Career Development to include a service fair at their Careers with Impact Day. This portion of the spring career days focuses on employers where you can make an impact doing work you love.
Our Service Fair will include a variety of local nonprofits which align with the work that Peace Corps Volunteers do - so you can understand how local service and internship opportunities can prepare you for service in the Peace Corps. Many of these organizations also have Returned Peace Corps Volunteers (RPCVs) working for them, so you'll also have an opportunity to learn how RPCVs utilize their service to build a career of impact.
