Webinar: Promising Practices & New Tools Addressing Extreme Heat

Extreme heat does not affect all communities in the same way. This webinar will highlight promising practices being used to ensure the well-being of those disproportionately affected in HHS Region 9 (AZ, CA, HI, NV, American Samoa, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, the Republic of Palau, and 159 Federally recognized Tribes) and HHS Region 10 (AK, ID, OR, WA, and 272 Federally recognized Tribes). Participants will also learn about new tools that can be used to plan and prepare for the upcoming heat season in ways that advance equity and protect those most vulnerable.
