October 13-14, 2021
Zuckerman College of Public Health – Phoenix Campus, University of Arizona
In recognition and celebration of Binational Health Week XXI, health leaders from the United States and Mexico will gather for a series of meetings to strategize a coordinated public health approach to programs and policies that will benefit the people of both nations and the border region. The two days of events will include meetings of the US-Mexico Border Health Commission and the Ventanillas de Salud Advisory Council, in addition to a Binational Health Fair for the public.
Among the health, education, and government leaders attending the Summit, the college is honored to welcome Esteban Moctezuma Barragan, Ambassador of Mexico to the United States and Dr. Robert C. Robbins, President of the University of Arizona. We also wish to thank our key leaders and event organizers from the University of Arizona, Cecilia Rosales, MD, MS, Associate Dean of Phoenix Programs, Zuckerman College of Public Health, and Justin Dutram, Assistant Vice President, Mexico and Latin American Affairs, Arizona Global.
